Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any service provided by kaya100. By creating an account or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
kaya100 services are strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. Age verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
Each member is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
kaya100 employs automated fraud detection. Any use of software, bots, or collusion to exploit games will result in immediate account termination.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until requirements are met.
Members may set deposit, loss, and session limits at any time via account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are binding.
kaya100 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. This includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.
Each individual person may hold only one active kaya100 account. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Where kaya100 identifies that a member holds more than one account โ whether under the same or different personal details โ all duplicate accounts will be suspended, bonus winnings forfeited, and the matter referred for investigation.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including username and password. kaya100 strongly recommends that members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through their account security settings. Any activity conducted through a member's account โ whether authorised or not โ is the responsibility of the account holder until kaya100 is notified in writing of any suspected unauthorised access.
kaya100 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with international anti-money laundering standards. Members may be required to submit identity verification documents โ including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address โ before withdrawal requests are processed. kaya100 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of account activity, including at registration, following a deposit, or prior to processing a withdrawal.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. kaya100 will notify the member at their registered email address before applying any dormancy fees or administrative charges to inactive account balances. Members may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting kaya100 customer support.
kaya100 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, and bank transfers via FPX from participating Malaysian banks including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing conditions are displayed at the time of transaction. kaya100 does not charge fees on deposits, although third-party payment providers may impose their own service charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to payment methods registered in the member's own name. kaya100 processes approved e-wallet withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. kaya100 reserves the right to request additional documentation to support a withdrawal request where fraud prevention or AML obligations require it.
All transactions on the kaya100 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied. Members should be aware that their payment provider may apply conversion charges if the source funding account is denominated in a currency other than MYR; kaya100 accepts no responsibility for such third-party charges.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the member's account withdrawal section. kaya100 reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits and processing timelines at its discretion, including during periods of elevated fraud risk or platform maintenance.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by kaya100 are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion details. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Failure to complete wagering within the specified period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited automatically.
kaya100 monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Where kaya100 has reasonable grounds to believe that a member is engaging in bonus abuse โ including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or collusion with other members โ kaya100 reserves the right to void the bonus, reclaim any winnings derived from it, and suspend the relevant account(s) pending investigation.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in a free spins promotion, maximum winnings derived from free spin bonuses are capped at RM500 per promotion. Any amount exceeding this cap will be removed from the member's wallet balance upon bonus settlement.

kaya100 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary interruptions to platform availability.
kaya100 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a member's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where kaya100 has reasonable grounds to believe that the member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
Upon termination of an account, any verified real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to ongoing wagering requirements or under investigation for fraud) will be returned to the member via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification. kaya100 shall not be liable for any consequential loss arising from account termination.
Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the kaya100 support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which kaya100 holds its gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between a member and kaya100, both parties agree to first seek resolution through kaya100's internal dispute resolution process via the customer support team. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 calendar days, either party may refer the matter to the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
kaya100's records, including server logs, transaction histories, and game round data, shall be treated as definitive evidence of the facts in any dispute, absent manifest error.
